Roman and his team are top-notch! This was my husband and I’s first purchase and we decided to look for a home in a real estate boom! Throughout the entire process, Roman always followed up timely with showings, offers, acceptances, etc. Roman was great at giving us advice on the almost 20 places that we saw! He set out the pros and cons, always thoughts about budget and our absolute 'needs' for a new place. He also always kept our best interests in mind by understanding our needs from day one, especially as they changed! We set out looking for a one-family house and ended up buying a condo which we loved, and if it weren’t for Roman’s suggestion that we look at Condos, we wouldn’t be where we are now! We feel very lucky that we found Roman. We started looking in fall of 2018. Roman must have showed us at least 25 apartments, but we could never find the "right one" that met our needs and budget. Roman texted whenever he saw a listing he thought we might like and was always honest and open about the pros and cons of each place. He really knows the business and often pointed out things that could turn into unexpected expenses or opportunities for value. We gave up several times during the process and Roman was extremely patient and understanding. He checked in with us every now and then and when we realized that we actually needed a house instead of an apartment, he made us several appointments and we found our house within a couple of weeks. He never pushed us to make an offer on a place that he didn't think was right for us, but he always let us know when a property was a great deal or going to sell fast. We really can't say enough good things about Roman.
