Raised in the Bronx and currently residing in Westchester, Roman is a New Yorker through and through. Prior to entering the real estate world, Roman was on the marketing teams for television brands such as ESPN and CBS. As the years went on, Roman realized his career was stagnant. So he decided to bet on himself. Roman took all of his geographical knowledge, combined it with his marketing & branding skills and built a brand & business of his own. In 2018 he joined forces with Keller Williams NY Realty and founded The Vladimirsky Team (TVT). Since 2018, Roman and TVT have helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes, charting a course for their own legacy. Roman always says that "through Real Estate you can build a legacy that will last generations". With that mentality, TVT has grown and continued to help their clients build Legacies Through Real Estate.

Ryan Weir was born and raised in Scarsdale, NY and currently resides in New Rochelle. After graduating Scarsdale High School in 2008, Ryan went to Lincoln Technical Institute where he studied automotive repair and graduated #1 in his class. He then immediately started working at Chevrolet New Rochelle. With this experience, Ryan gained skills of time management, managing client expectations, and solving problems under pressure. From October 2011 to July 2017, Ryan started working at the Grape Exchange Wine Shop then was proudly promoted to Store Manager. Ryan was involved in every aspect of the business and gained experience on how to effectively manage a longstanding successful company while providing high-level customer service. These experiences have helped prepare Ryan for his career in real estate by using the knowledge he gained to assist his clients in making informed choices about the homes they are searching for.

Emily was born and raised in NYC and currently resides in the Bronx in the neighborhood she grew up in. After graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Charlotte, NC in 2015, she started a career in Retail Management, moving back home in 2018 to continue with this role. After 7 years in management and recruitment, Emily made the leap for her Real Estate license to follow through with her passion for people. Combined with her innate sense of loyalty and NY hustle mentality -her past experience has given her the necessary skills to effectively run the behind the scenes operations of a real estate transaction while ensuring the clients experience a stress free seamless process.
