When I decided to put my house on the market I went with the Vladimirsky team at Keller Williams and so happy I did! [The team was] nothing short of outstanding. Really can’t say enough good things. Skilled professionals that have really honed their craft in the market to not only get the best price, but expeditious sell it in a smooth, stress free manner. Highly recommended. Thank you!
— Michael K.
The team was amazing to work with! Karen Gundelach worked tirelessly to make sure all of our needs were met. Once we found a place we wanted, they worked quickly to help us finalize the deal. We will forever be grateful for the team’s knowledge and persistence.

  • There are several different types of loans available based on your financial situation. There are actually 8 different types of loans, some of which require little to no money down. We recommend interviewing a few lenders to find the best fit for your situation.

  • While getting a home inspection increases your negotiating power, in this market there are no guarantees for negotiating money off the sale price. The  biggest things to look out for during the inspection are health and safety issues such as: Roof, Plumbing, Foundation, Water Supply, etc.

  • Marketing your property on your own without agent representation decreases your chances of having your home marketed appropriately and getting exposure. This also decreases the amount of buyers who have access to your home, leading you to miss out on more opportunities to sell your home.

  • The listing agent only owes fiduciary duties to his/her/their client- as an unrepresented buyer you risk being taken advantage of because the Listing agent's sole responsibility is to act in his/her/their client's best interest.  Having a realtor represent you as a Buyer's agent protects YOUR best interests. A buyer's agent will conduct background research on the property, help you with navigating a home inspection, assess a proper offer based on comparables in the area and  negotiate on your behalf so that you are not walking into a potentially bad situation.
